Technician 4 Position

Planning - Coordination - Installing - Maintenance

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment or systems
  • Diagnosing and solving technical problems
  • Providing technical advice and support to customers or users
  • Working with technical team, other departments and partner companies in oversea
  • Generate a service report
    Qualification
  • Age 25-35
  • Higher Vocational Certificate or Bachelor Degree
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English will be specially considered.

Service Engineer 4 Position

Planning - Collaboration - Installation - Collecting Data for Analitic to Solve the Machine Problem

  • Installation - Provide on-site installation of machine and equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
  • Breakdown Maintenance - Provide on-site trouble shooting service and repairs, Provide technical support to customers at their location
  • Training - Provide on-site machine operation training to the customers
  • Supportive Sparepart Sales - Provide correct information and well collaboration to support sparepart sales
  • Email Correspondance - Communicate by the exchange e-mails with customer and manufacturer
  • Documents work - Submit all installation report, inspections report, test run report, maintenance report, training report, service work, machine parameter report and submit paper work in a timing basi
    Qualification
  • Male, age 28-40 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineer and related field
  • Good command in writing, reading and speaking English, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner and able to work well under pressure
  • Proactive, punctually, high responsibility, well-organized and leadership skills
  • Having a service mind and good human relations
  • Having driving license and be able to take site visit in upcountry and abroad occasionally
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skill, engineering skill, good attitude toward hard working and reliable
